As a Relief Staff at King’s Baptist Grammar School, I agree to:

Discuss any concerns regarding school matters with my line manager, or a member of the senior management of the school.
Keep all school related matters confidential and under no circumstances approach parents or community members in relation to issues arising at the school.
Abide by the terms and conditions detailed in the Child Protection Policy and other related policies.
Take all reasonable steps to protect my own health and safety as I carry out this role.

I understand my responsibilities regarding reporting abuse and neglect, WH&S  procedures, code of conduct, confidentiality, and any other issues relating  to my area of work.

I declare that I am a fit and proper person of good character.

I understand that if I breach any of the above agreements my services may be terminated.

I acknowledge that this completed form will be kept on file.
